Horacio Garcia-Korosec is Vice President of Member Experience and Strategy at Del-One Federal Credit Union, where he combines more than 15 years in financial services with a focus on human-centered design and digital innovation to improve how people engage with financial products and services.

He’s worked across frontline service, business intelligence, and innovation roles, helping teams rethink experiences in ways that feel more intuitive and trustworthy for real people, including small business owners and underserved communities.

Outside of Del-One he teaches management at Delaware Technical Community College and has supported industry innovation through roles with Filene Research Institute, always looking for ways to make technology work for people, not the other way around.
