Jennifer Mench

Jen Mench is a member of the Transformation Management Office (TMO) within the USCB Product Office driving the new Ways of Working (WoW) for USCB. Prior to the TMO role, Jen was a member of the MarTech team. She joined Barclays in 2022.

Prior to Barclays, Jen spent 24 years in a variety of roles at JPMorgan Chase, primarily focused on Product Management, Program Management, and Chief Administrative Office. She also worked at Wilmington Trust. She began her career as a Business Process consultant with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).

Jen earned her Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management and Business Administration from the University of Delaware.

Outside of Barclays, Jen lives in Wilmington with her husband and pets. She enjoys watching all Philly sports and going to Dewey Beach with her three grown sons. Jen is passionate about mentoring and serves on the board of CGI (Connecting Generations, Inc.), and is a mentor to multiple students at Eastside Charter.
